Join us for one of our signature functional fitness classes in Macon!

The MAC Functional Training program is designed for ages 13 and up and welcomes all fitness levels. Each class delivers balanced programming that develops strength, skill, conditioning, and overall functional fitness through a variety of short, medium, and long workouts with changing intensity.
